Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes according to hotel standards.
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining presentation and taste.
- Support the Chef De Partie in kitchen operations and workflow management.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ingredient ordering and inventory control.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, following food safety regulations.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff as needed.
Prerequisites:
- 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food presentation, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
