Responsibilities:

  • Assist in basic food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs.
  • Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients as required.
  • Always maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Follow kitchen safety and food handling procedures.
  • Support kitchen operations by organizing workstations and assisting with inventory.
  • Learn and develop cooking techniques to advance in the culinary field.

Prerequisites:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
  • Strong teamwork and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
