Responsibilities:- Assist in basic food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients as required.
- Always maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Follow kitchen safety and food handling procedures.
- Support kitchen operations by organizing workstations and assisting with inventory.
- Learn and develop cooking techniques to advance in the culinary field.
Prerequisites:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
- Strong teamwork and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
