Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Ensure ingredients are properly measured, prepared, and stored.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Follow recipes and food presentation guidelines as per hotel standards.
- Support kitchen operations by organizing workstations and assisting in inventory management.
- Always adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Prerequisites:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and time management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure.
