Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
  • Ensure ingredients are properly measured, prepared, and stored.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Follow recipes and food presentation guidelines as per hotel standards.
  • Support kitchen operations by organizing workstations and assisting in inventory management.
  • Always adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Prerequisites:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and time management skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure.
