Responsibilities:- Replenish and restock minibar items in guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Ensure accurate recording of minibar consumption and charges.
- Check minibar inventory daily and report any shortages or discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the minibar storage area.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent service and respond to guest requests related to minibar items.
Prerequisites:
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle inventory accurately.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the housekeeping team.
- Basic communication skills in English.
