Payment & Cancellation Terms

50% deposit at time of confirmation and balance payment 30 days prior to arrival.
Last-minute reservations will require full payment at time of confirmation.
Reservations cancelled 60 days prior to arrival - fully refundable (less any bank charges).
Reservations cancelled 59 - 30 days prior to arrival - deposit non-refundable.
Date changes are subject to availability and management review.
Requests for any changes to booking dates must be submitted at least 21 days before the original check-in date.
