• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Payment & Cancellation Terms

• 50% deposit at time of confirmation and balance payment 30 days prior to arrival.
• Last-minute reservations will require full payment at time of confirmation.
• Reservations cancelled 60 days prior to arrival - fully refundable (less any bank charges).
• Reservations cancelled 59 - 30 days prior to arrival - deposit non-refundable.
• Date changes are subject to availability and management review.
• Requests for any changes to booking dates must be submitted at least 21 days before the original check-in date.
