The One Group of Hotels is looking for a creative and organised Social Media Executive / Senior Executive to manage social media planning, content coordination, storytelling, and day-to-day content execution across our hospitality and lifestyle brands.
The ideal candidate should have good content sense, strong writing skills, a clear understanding of social platforms, and the ability to maintain a premium brand tone across multiple properties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media planning and monthly content calendars across multiple brands.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reels, and Stories.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, content creators, and internal teams.
- Ensure content aligns with each property’s brand tone, visual direction, and content standards.
- Support on-ground content creation, including Reels, Stories, shoots, events, and property updates.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
- Assist with reviewing content performance and preparing basic reports.
Prerequisites:
- 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or brand communication.
- Strong understanding of social platforms and short-form video content.
- Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines, and content requirements.
- Strong creative sense with good attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a premium hospitality/lifestyle brand tone.
- Experience in hospitality, luxury travel, lifestyle, real estate, or agency environments is an added advantage.
- Experience coordinating content shoots, designers, or video teams is an advantage.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
