The One Group of Hotels is looking for a creative and organised Social Media Manager to lead social media strategy, content direction, storytelling, and execution across our hospitality and lifestyle brands.
The ideal candidate should have strong content sense, excellent writing skills, a clear understanding of social platforms, and the ability to maintain a premium brand tone across multiple properties.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media strategies and monthly content calendars across multiple brands.
- Lead platform-specific content planning across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reels, and Stories.
- Oversee content approvals, scheduling, and timely execution.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, content creators, and internal teams.
- Maintain each property’s brand tone, visual direction, and content quality.
- Oversee on-ground content creation, including Reels, Stories, shoots, events, and property updates.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, platform updates, and audience behaviour.
- Review content performance and recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
Prerequisites:
- 3–4+ years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or brand communication.
- Strong understanding of social platforms and short-form video content.
- Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines, and content calendars.
- Strong creative sense with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a premium hospitality/lifestyle brand tone.
- Experience in hospitality, luxury travel, lifestyle, real estate, or agency environments is an added advantage.
- Experience coordinating shoots, content creators, designers, or video teams is an advantage.
- Ability to take ownership, manage priorities, and work independently.
