• This offer is exclusively for direct bookings made via enquiries through our website or our reservations team.
• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Payment & Cancellation Terms

• 25% deposit at time of confirmation and balance payment 30 days prior to arrival.
• Last-minute reservations will require full payment at time of confirmation.
• Reservations cancelled 60 days prior to arrival – fully refundable (less any bank charges).
• Reservations cancelled 59 – 30 days prior to arrival – deposit non-refundable.
• Reservations cancelled 29–00 days prior to arrival - 100% non-refundable.
• Date changes are subject to availability and management review.
• Requests for any changes to booking dates must be submitted at least 21 days before the original check-in date.
